Service Description
Morning Movement Class: Wake Up and Feel Great! Start your day with simple body movements designed to energize and awaken your body. This class is suitable for all ages, sizes, and abilities, ensuring that everyone can join in and feel good! Class Details: Duration: 1 hour Space: 6 Format: Join us 5 minutes before the class starts Equipment: Please have a comfortable mat or towel for sitting, and a cushion or chair if needed. Ensure you have space to move freely. Hydration: Keep water nearby for when you need it. Pre-Class Preparation: Please refrain from eating at least 30 minutes before class. You will receive a simple Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) upon booking—please complete this prior to your first class. Important Safety Note: If you experience any pain or discomfort during the class, please stop immediately. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, it is strongly recommended to consult a medical professional for clearance before participating in physical activities.
